Does SmartDeen Home require a subscription?
No subscription is required to use SmartDeen Home's core features. Essential experiences such as prayer times, Athan and Quran will remain free forever.
SmartDeen Pro is an optional subscription planned to offer expanded capabilities across the SmartDeen ecosystem. Some advanced features, such as family calendar tools and Noor AI, will have limitations for free users.
What's included in the Founding Families Offer?
The first 100 eligible customers can purchase SmartDeen Home for $169 instead of the $199 reference price.
The offer also includes one complimentary year of SmartDeen Pro, valued at $49, once the subscription launches.
That's $79 in total stated savings: $30 off the device and the additional $49 value of the included Pro year.
What is SmartDeen Pro, and when will it be available?
SmartDeen Pro is a planned premium subscription for the SmartDeen ecosystem. It will offer expanded capabilities beyond the core features that remain free.
Founding customers will receive their first year at no additional charge once SmartDeen Pro launches. Details about its features, availability and how customers will activate their complimentary year will be shared as the launch approaches.
What happens if I need to return my SmartDeen Home or have a problem with it?
SmartDeen Home is presented with a 30-day home trial and a two-year warranty. Please refer to our published trial, return and warranty terms for eligibility, exclusions and the process for getting support.
